You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MV Restaurants and its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
