Institution since 1930 — continuously operating for 95+ years. Seth Woods (founder of Aquitaine Group, Boston) and Eric Berke purchased in 2022 for ~$3.1M. Culinary director: Dolly Bourommavong. À la carte menu 2025 ($35–$72): lobster 'in the semi-rough,' Bass & Clam Chowder, fried oyster (reportedly the first in the US), Key Lime Pie with saltine crust. Raw bar — 'The Jaws' platter: $289 (18 oysters, 6 clams, 9 shrimp, lobster, crab, tuna poke). Back Door takeout lunch 10 AM–3 PM: lobster roll ONLY at lunch. Renovated patio and waterside oyster bar.
