Family-owned by the Pacheco family since 1947. All meat cut in-store — they grind their own hamburger from fresh chuck/sirloin (never pre-ground). Make their own sausages. Deli cooks its own ham, turkey, roast beef (no preservatives). Carries Eileen Blake's Pies. Bob Pacheco runs it with wife Donna and children Eddie and Jen.
